Windows vista help??????

for some reason my computer shuts down it self (probably installing updates), and after it turns on the whole font size and what not are changed! how can i change them back?!

and can you do me a favor and tell me what you DPI is? thanks!

Your resolution has probably changed after a new video driver was installed. No worries, it's easy to fix!

Right click the desktop and select "Personalize" at the bottom of the menu that pops up. Then click "Display Settings" at the bottom of the window.

Now you should see a window with a slider called "Resolution". If you slide it to the left and hit apply, things should get bigger. Try different settings until you like the size!

And just so you know, DPI stands for "Dots Per Inch". Most monitors are about 96 dpi, but you can tell windows you have a different one and it will affect the font size.

Default DPI must be 96. Adjust the best monitor resolution first.(depends on your monitor's size)
