to put words on it and effects and more stuff as this one Adobe photoshop CS3 is one of the most professional softwares to do the trick..If you want something more simple, paint will add text as well as other stuff. photoshop Paint Shop Pro . . Photoshop or Printshop The GIMP. It's free. Also go to GimpGuru for some basic tutorials. |
