- i wanna use it to make anime pictures so ya...

Yes you can download it for free but you only get 30 days. It cost .........well the new photoshop cs3 extended is only about $999.00 so try gimp its free and i heard its "the free photoshop"Ps.$200 my butt i know this cuz i have the photoshop cs3 extended.
