My internet is working and everything, but utorrent has suddenly stopped working???

Your ISP may be attempting to stop torrent traffic.

Changing the port number uTorrent uses and enabling encryption in the uTorrent options may help. If you're using a firewall or router, make sure you have port forwarding set up for the port uTorrent is using.

maybe it needs an update i had to do that to mine or its broke or somethings not in the right spot

may be your firewall blocking the port, remove it from the allowed list on your firewall, run it and let it add it to the list again
