When I double click on my computer on my desktop, Windows explorer pops up with an error message?

The error is "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Any ideas?

Some program is conflicting........it might be a virus or a third party software

You probably have a virus or spyware. Try running Norton AV and Spybot S&D. "Virtumonde" virus did that to me just recently.

I normaly use Kaspersky online, but its better to use other scan for a second opinion
