How can i replace itunes from disc C to the disc D without deleting all the songs?

theres 1 thing.. ive got windows xp and when i was dowloading Itunes i downoaled and saved it on the disc C (C:/) and now it doesnt have free space so i have to replace itunes on disc D cos it has a lot of space.. but once i tried just 2 cut it and then paste the whole Itunes stuff and it deleted all the stuff i had in my Itunes so it was absolutely empty :(:( can u pleeease help me?

You have to open up the hard drives (get a small screw driver) and move the platters over from the C drive to the D drive. Your music should all be on the topmost platter.
