How can I unpack?

a jar file for transfer to my mobile phone?

Why would you need to unpack a jar file? Just transfer it to your mobile phone. Most of them see these files as executables.

In case you really need to unpack them I suggest you use Winrar (just right click on the file, select "Open with..." and choose Winrar).
