In windows vista how to record my voice and send in a link?

ive done it before but cant remember how.thanks in advance.

There will be a program available in start -> programs -> Accessories - > Entertainment -> Sound recorder .

Record your sound and then save it where you like .
Upload the file you saved on to your email and send it to the person you like .
