Excel Spreadsheet Timesheet Calculations?

I need a cell formula to calculate my only hourly employee at work. She swears up and down that mine is wrong.
She calculated hers by minutes this pay period and came up with 41 hours 5 minutes. Where mine came up with 41.08. I just need to verify I am using a correct formula.

Here is what two days would look like.
I need a sum of both.

10:38 am to 3:05 pm.
10:11 am to 3:01 pm.
At a rate of 8.00 an hour

My formula is currently:
All time formats are done in Military Times
=(D5-C5)*24 (Daily Where Answer goes in E)
=SUM(E3:E17) (Weekly hours Sum of all E)
=SUM(D21*8) (Amount Paid is result of Sum of all E * Amt)

Note: minutes are divided by 60
= (D5-C5)
(1505 h -1038 h)
3:05pm-10:38am = 4.45 hrs.

(1501 h -1011 h)
3:01pm-1011 am = 4.83 hrs.


4.45+4.83 = 9.28 x 8 = $74.24 for these 2 days

if rounded up:
4.5 + 4.8 = 9.3 x 8 = $74.40 for these 2 days

41.08 is 41 hours and 5 minutes. Minutes are a base of 60, not 100 like a decimal. So 5/60 is .08
