Troubleshooting: How do I see what .dlls rundll32.exe has loaded?

I have a drive conflict and I'm 99% sure the cause is installed software. While rundll32.exe is running (on XP), how do I see what DLLs its currently responsible for maintaining, or if it doesn't keep an active list, how do I see what it has loaded since last reboot? I need to narrow down the problem to a single .dll.

get the program called FreshDiagnose. More info on your pc than you ever want to know.

You can make a fake one of rundll32.exe which contain all functions in rundll32.exe
then you can easily monitor DLL calls
You will need to search in microsoft about how the apps use rundll32 to run dll files, then write your own in any programming language which simulate it in all of it's functionality and record every call to rundll32 and then direct it to the real rundll32
