Transfering files from my pc tothe virtual machine....?

Can I do this? I have microsoft virtual machine 2007.... a vista pc and an xp pro sp3 virtual machine......how can i transfer files, music or folders to the xp?

i may sound a noob but I never shared my files/ folders so i dk how! Can you help me....thanks a lot!

Share the drive (or just the folders you want) on either the vista pc or the xp VM. Then from the other VM connect to that share and do the copy.
