I was making something on photoshop. I made sure to save it and then retarted the computer, now i cant find it

I can't find it anywhere now. I know the name which it was saved under and I ran a search and I still can't find it. What do I do????

You saved it under the Photoshop files. When you open a new document you may not see all your files and folders there. Towards the bottom of the open/save window there should be a little arrow and a box saying the file type. Select either All Files or Photoshop files.

It can be anywhere within your computer, but try searching not for the name but with the file extension, in your search, look for:
.psd and in My Computers.

Try searching again, most probably in My Documents or Temp file. Sometimes you may say you did save it but even for myself, I made some mistakes and I had to restart all over again.
