My Internet explorer closes suddenly.Why?Pleeeease help!?

It happens when I try to download an exam paper from exampapersonline.com.I think it is a trustible site.What should I do?

It could be a variety of reasons such as incompatible Add-ons, incompatible toolbars, lack of system resources (RAM), malware, Java problems, etc. Hard to say without knowing the error details.

First run your resident security products such as antivirus and antispyware applications. If everything comes up clean, try uninstalling your toolbars such as Google or Yahoo through Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs. If the issues continue, go to Tools, Manage Add-ons and disable each one by itself to see if one of them is the culprit. If you are still having troubles, update your Java by following these steps.

It's important to note that everything takes RAM. Not only security products (such as active anti-spyware, anti-virus and firewall) eat up memory but your operating system, active browser windows, running applications (such as Word, Gaming, Messenger, Photoshop, etc) and malware

If you could be more precise like after a particular website it happens or it does random crashes. However, if you have Internet explorer 6, please download and install Internet explorer 7 from Microsoft.com

And please specify that which windows are you using.

Truthfully Explorer is loaded with worms, viruses and spyware, stay away from it like the plague. Use Mozilla's firefox as your browser.

Have you scanned for spyware, adware, hijackers and other malicious software? Those are a common reason for IE to close suddenly.

IE started closing down for me about a month ago. I have changed to the Firefox browser and don't have that problem. However I believe the random shutting down was related to the Shockwave Flash on my computer, because Firefox gave me a warning related to it.

I can't get the entire link to show, so after inetexplorer. you need to add ie6.browser

It seems that site requires Adobe Reader. Update your version Adobe Reader to the latest and it should work.

Part of the problem though is your internet browser.

Switch to something better, like Firefox, Opera, or some other open source browser.
