My Internet explorer closes suddenly. Why?Pleeeease help!? |
It happens when I try to download an exam paper from exampapersonline.com.I think it is a trustible site. What should I do? It could be a variety of reasons such as incompatible Add-ons, incompatible toolbars, lack of system resources (RAM), malware, Java problems, etc. Hard to say without knowing the error details. If you could be more precise like after a particular website it happens or it does random crashes. However, if you have Internet explorer 6, please download and install Internet explorer 7 from Microsoft.com Truthfully Explorer is loaded with worms, viruses and spyware, stay away from it like the plague. Use Mozilla's firefox as your browser. Have you scanned for spyware, adware, hijackers and other malicious software? Those are a common reason for IE to close suddenly. It seems that site requires Adobe Reader. Update your version Adobe Reader to the latest and it should work. |
