I have an old computer with microsoft publisher word etc. Is it possible to copy publisher from that computer running windows 98se to my new computer running vista? No. Programs are not like files which you can simply copy over, but have to be installed and therefore you need the installation disk for that. NO no because the program registries will not be present on the new computer Unfortunately, no. Without the CD there's really no way that you can effectively transfer these particular programs from one computer to another. There are program files spread all throughout your computer that are important for smooth running and missing just one can really mess a computer up. |
