Winamp how to take photos off a video?

how do you take a photo off a video on winamp

Not sure that there is a function or application to do something like that.
Your best bet is to follow the previously given advice & take a screen dump (picture of the screen) when the pictures you want appear & crop them as necessary.

Screen dump:
Print Screen (on most desktop computer keyboards) or Alt + Fn + Prt Scr (on my laptop keyboard, should apply to most, (the + aren't necessary))

after you press Print Screen you open an app such as Paint & select paste Report It

unless your winamp is equipped with a "take photo" function, which is something that I'm not sure of... I suggest you do this:

1. play the video
2. while playing, press the "print screen" button on your keyboard to get a snapshot of the part of the video that you want a picture of.
3. paste it into a graphic-editing program like Adobe Photoshop, Paint, or even microsoft word.
4. edit and crop from there.

[I know this'll work but should this not be enough, I think you should try another video player or better yet, a video-editing program.]
