I downloaded a game and it came in multiple files!!!?

how can i make it into 1 .cso??

Do the files have the extension .rar? (or at least 1 of them)

If so you will need to install a program called Winrar. (there are other suitable programs but winrar has a free trial version)
Trial version at: http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm

Winrar will be able to assemble your multi-part download and then you can extract the contents.
just double click on the lowest numbered rar part.
(If only one of the files is .rar and the rest are .r00, .r01 etc double click on the .rar)

I believe cso files are compressed iso files and are generally used in PlayStation Portable games.

anyways to make an iso i prefer to use magiciso but it cost money
so you may want to try daemon tools
