How do I setup my Blackberry E-mail account (T-mobile) to Microsoft Outlook or an easy webmail client?

Any help would be much appreciated. Step-by-step instructions would be life-saving!!

I Would advise you call T-Mobile, as i think they set something up there end to enable Emailing.

But, you will also need your POP3 Account Details.
Username, Email address, Password, Server In, and Server Out Details.
