Steps to rip and burn dvd with dvdshrink and dvdfab.?

This is my first time doing this and I have no idea where to even start. I have been reading over all the questions here and some blogs and forums and still feel very confused.

I would like to burn copies of my dvds, preferably so they are exact copies of the orginals with menus and such, (if this is possible). I have downloaded Dvdshrink and dvdfab, now how do I go about using them.
Remember I am not super good with computers and this type of thing!!

Please HELP
