What's the best place to download ubuntu apps!!????

There's no need to go to a "place" to download Ubuntu programs. That function is built in to the operating system.

Just go to Applications > Add & Remove Programs, and you can browse for the type of program, or for the specific program you want. All you need is your internet connection. Ubuntu will "go there" for you.
