How wouldI reboot my computer?

I don't mean restart i want to install and new windows cd and completely uninstall my other one

Reboot the computer, put in the cd and press any key when prompted.

Then press enter at the blue screen, delete the partition that you want to install a new windows XP then press L to conform.

Press enter to install the new windows XP. Choose if you want to format quiclky( under 10 min) or format long(6hours ++).

Then wait till windows is installed. Computer will reboot automatically and further install the windows XP...

Reformat the hard disk and install the new software

Restart the PC with the disk and choose REFORMAT when prompted on the cd. The continue with the install.

First of all, back up your data! Save all those files and bookmarks etc that you will/might lose in a reinstall
All you have to do is put "media which contains new os" into "device that reads media" and boot computer. Simply follow directions. If you back up, it won't matter if you accidentally choose "format c" when all you wanted to do is just update.
