Is there a program like visual hub for windows, for burning multiple videos on one dvd?

I want a program for windows kind of like visual hub for mac that you can drag multiple video files avi, mpeg etc. and it will adjust the quality automatically. For example if I wanted to put all the episodes of a tv show on one dvd which you can do with visual hub what program could i use on windows. Please don't say something like buy a mac. Thank you
