How can i get iTunes to import WMA and covert to MP3, and keep track info?

I have iTunes set up to import cds as mp3's but i want it to take my WMA s and change it to mp3 so i can have one library instead of 2. I have like 30 GiB of music so this is a major problem. Any Ideas

Also i do need to use WMP 11 cause i have 2 an i River and an ipod running of this COMP.

You may use iTunes to convert music to AAC and keep track info.
