How to fix computer every time i turn it on and login to the account it asks if i want to run an installation?

the installation is for locus corp or something like that i click cancel everytime but it keeps coming up when i resyart

Click Start/Run them type msconfig and click ok.
Go to the startup tab. These are the programs that are run on start up. try to find the offending program and remove the check mark next to it. click OK and reboot.

bring the computer up in safe mode and uninstall the program that wants to install, then restart. Re-install the program and let it finish the installation.
