Start up pop ups make me grr X(? |
Ok so when I logon to my comp. I get windows messenger, yahoo messenger, and a whole lotta other crap to pop up. How can i stop this?? Bring up the Yahoo messenger and under the menu from the top, Messenger, go to Preferences, then general catagory, and uncheck start yahoo messenger automatically. Hit ok at the bottom. Do the same with msn messenger. you can open the run program, and type in msconfig and you can get rid of that junk from loading onto your computer easy first go on download.com and download ad-ware 2007. its the #1 download software downloaded from that site. What you have is kinda like downloaded commercials that keep poping up and adware scans them and deletes them. that should do it. also type msconfig in the run box. then go to the tap called start up. deselect everything and them select the boxes in which programs you want to start when booting computer(mostly just your anti viruses.)just dont touch anythng in the service tab. Then go on download.com again and search mozilla. What its like is a windows explorer but its much safer and blocks most pop ups hope this helped |
