Is it safe to update Vista?!?!!?

I want to KNOW. is it safe to update vista again. My windows Firewall is outdated and needs to be updated.

Scince they say, the pulled the currupt update. IS IT SAFE?!!

yes it is

I've upgraded to SP1 and had no problems, vista boots up quicker and moves files between HDD's a lot quicker.
