Well you should be able to pop in the windows XP cd, install it into whichever hard drive you want, and go from there. Then at the beginning of start up, you can access the BIOS and change the hard drive boot.

Now the key is you SHOULD be able to :\ Vista can be a tricky lady.

if it doesn't work, uninstall vista; format it. Then go back, install XP and then install vista the same way as above but in reverse orders :P

you might have to go into the computer setup, and change something in there
