What is the best photo editing software no matter the price?

whats the best phot editing software. and whats the price. i dont care about price anyway

Adobe Photoshop is the best image editor but is very expensive. You can download a free trial from adobe.com. If your looking for a free image editor I recommend GIMP, it has many features of Photoshop and costs nothing.

Since price is not an issue.. Adobe Photoshop is the best editing software both for MACs and PCs... Most professionals use this for editing everything!

Creative Suite is a bundled software package. Dreamweaver is web-page publishing software, which is completely unrelated.

Adobe Photoshop CS3. It is the industry standard out there. If you are mostly interested in photo editing, get Photoshop CS3 standard. If you want to work with video, 3D and some other things, get Extended. If you need more basic stuff, get Photoshop Elements 6, the latest version of the consumer version of Photoshop.

The other programs you listed are not Photo editing software. Adobe has put out Creative Suite packages which include Photoshop, but the other software included in these packages serve different purposes. Illustrator is a Vector based graphic design program. InDesign is a high end page layout program. Dreamweaver and Flash (which Adobe acquired when they bought Macromedia) are for web design and web animation. And there are others, for video production for example. But Photoshop is the top end photoediting software.
