How do i download adobe flash player 9 from adobe.com?

i dont know how, at the bottom of the page it says get adobe flashplayer i clicked on that and it says when you see the installation complete aboce the text your installation was successful. I cant see anything. On one of my computers it says i agree to the terms and conditions download adobe and then it downloads on the other it doesnt say agree to the terms and conditions and it wont download.......can somebody please help me i cant watch video in youtube.com or sign in on yahoo or hotmail......whats wrong with my computer

First you need to enable Active X. If you are using IE and in the administrator's account, follow these steps to enable Active X.

- Select Tools, then Internet Options from the menu at the top of the Internet Explorer window. The Internet Options window will appear.
- Select Security from the list of tabs at the top of the Internet Options window. The Security tab will appear.
- Select the Custom Level button. The Security Settings window will appear.
- Scroll down to the Download signed ActiveX controls entry and select the prompt radio button.
- Scroll down to the Run ActiveX controls and plugins entry and select the enabled radio button.
- Select the OK button to accept the changes

You may need to reboot for the settings to stick.

Next, check Add/Remove Programs to see if you have Adobe or Macromedia Flash installed. If yes uninstall them using the new Uninstaller provided by Adobe and reboot (some computers require a reboot to completely uninstall programs)
