I lost My Documents and My Pictures Folders! **Update** Thanks guys! I used Recova, which recovered over 15,000 items! Then I also used Pandora which found an additional 11,000. Search for the lost folder names using the search function in XP (they could have just been moved smoewhere else)...if no provail, try downloading a program called Recuva which can recover deleted documents for free. go to control panel, performance and maintenance. on the right side their should be a system restore. dialog box will show up choose restore my computer to an earlier time click next. choose a date then click next. it should work. good luck You do have a mess. Not sure how much help but here are a few things: You should need to use recover software or backup data software. you can find it on www.softpedia.com |
