Which registry cleaner is better?

People have said to download

someone said both of these:
cccleaner
auslogics registry defrag

and someone said to get just this one:
registry mechanic

I don't know anything about registry cleaners. Can someone tell me which one?

Reg mechanic sucks and auslogic does absolutely nothing its a lying software but at least they don't charge you. Use a combination of ccleaner, Abexo, and regscrub this will leave your registry nice and shinny.

best to leave the reg alone, its a myth that things will be faster if its "cleaned" and you can screw a lot of things up, especially on a laptop.

i prefer CC Cleaner
