Which is the best to download Music and Movies?

Is it true that Limewire cause Viruses? Is Ares good for downloading? Which download software do you recommend?

There are quite a number of site able to help you to do so.. like limewire and bearshare, which is free but it is illegal and lot of virus on the song downloaded, which will crash your system easily.

Frostwire.

Limewire contains adware and spyware.

You're better off using a torrent client like Torrent Swapper or Azureus. Or a Gnutella net based interface like Frostwire(similar to Limewire minus spyware).

If you go the torrent route you can do searches on sites like mininova.org which will provide feedback on quality of movies and music.
