How do i turn bitcomet to being my default downloader?

When i download files ( not torrent files ) normal videos or songs a dialogue box shows up , but since the connection here gets disconnected pretty often the file doesnt complete downloading and i get an incomplete file . How do i make bitcoment or any other download manager ( your recommendation ) to download files by default without having them to be downloaded as dialogue boxes , appreciate it thankks
