How do you change options in IE or Firefox to either download mp3 or wma instead of playing them?

I want to change the option so that soundfiles do not automatically play in the browser. I know there must be settings to change I just cannot find them. Thanks.

Well... if it is a direct link you can right click on it and select "Save Target As..." [for IE] or "Save Link As..." [for Firefox]. If there is no direct link to the music file, you may want to try the "Amazing Media Browser" extension for Firefox [see the sources URL] to save it from there.

Use DAP - Download Accelerator Plus.
