Any Singaporean maple players?

I have problem with re-activating my account. When i press a Security Pin number that starts frm 9, suddently it appears many round dotted preset numbers that is invalid. Ive cleared it and re-keyin my pin starts frm 9 again but its still appeared the same. How am i going to delete the preset pin permanently when i want to enter Security Pin numbers?

I carnt contect for help as the required id & pass as my account have not activate.
