HELP monaronadona!?

Can anyone please tell me how to get rid of the monaronadona 'virus'? I have Norton installed and running but this has infected my computer. I am not computer literate so if it is possible to make it as simple as possibile I would be very grateful.

HERE is the best solution so far......restart your computer and press F8 until the screen come up with like safe made options and stuff... and you need to press down on the arrow key to get to safe mode.. and then click enter.. and it'll load windows in safe mode.. and then when everything boots up and is ready.. go to start.. and in the search bar type ... "srvspool" and delete any files that it finds.. and it should let you delete it without saying access denied.. then go to the recycle bin and delete it.. and then restart your computer normally.. this will work for sure

The question is real and sad for me i had that them virus in my compt and the answer up above works perfecly and the advice from Alan Hurst is right on the got rid of that virus Thanks Al for the advice

reboot your computer keep tapping the F8 key when you restart until you see a boot screen it'll give you options pick safe mode when it's booted the screen will look awful you'll have no sound and no access to the internet and you cd/dvd drives but don't worry about that .
Now run a virus scan the scanner should kill the virus when completed just reboot and you'll be back to normal with no virus

and if that fails, you can try Panda active scan

Before downloading any software from unknown and untrusted sites, try a "system restore" to a date before 22nd Feb 2008. Simple solution which worked well for me.

restart computer then as fast as you can go to start all programs startup then find srv exe and delete tha B**** thats how i did it hope this helps
