Spybot allow or not allow something?

When I run C drive tools to check volume for errors . spybot box come up saying registry entry changed. Category - Session Manager Change Value changed. Entry Boot Execte. Does anyone know if I should allow the change or not allow change. It seems the C drive volume check doesn't run if I don't allow the change.?

Yes, allow it.
Most changes that Spybot S&D asks about are allowable (and should be allowed in order for your computer to function correctly). In my opinion, the "resident TeaTimer" is just a nuisance; it will only help you if you are an advanced user that wants to know EVERYTHING that happens in your computer, but even then, you'll probably forget about it in a few days.

If you want to turn the "TeaTimer" off:
>Mode >> Advanced Mode [File | Mode | Language | Help]
>Tools (right side button)
>Resident (right side button)
>Uncheck the "Resident TeaTimer" box
