Computer Virus? Help!!!?

ok so me and my friend typed something into google. with no intetion of doing anything bad. well a porn site popped up and we got curious and clicked on it. We were downloading this thing and now i got a virus. its saying something about an unknown trojan. i need help. i cant tell my parents they will be mad and i cant spend no money on anything because im only 15 and i dont have no money. ANY information you have will be great!
