Help with filter?

My parents put a filter on my computer. We got High-speed about two weeks ago, so untill now, internet was too slow to do anything. I don't look at bad stuff, it just blocks almost everything. It blocked yahoo until my dad unblocked it. It is a Bsafe/Bsecure. Is there anyway around it? I have a hard time doing homework with it on. This filter is stricter than a school filter. How can I figure out the pass. with out my parents knowing?
