If you got it from a bulk email, then there's a very high chance that it's just some kind of virus or a scam. I would ignore it.

I use the free version of AnyTV. You will get excellent television and radio from all over the world. The purchase version will give you more stations, plus updates. Free of viruses/spyware/adware.

Stay away from anything that is bulk mail, as they are usually full of trojan viruses/spyware.

Or you can install the beta program for VEOH. I am a beta tester. Can tell your that the televison pictures are very sharp. There is only one factor I don't like. When I went to add/remove left alot of fragments behind that I had to clean out of my registry. Something like 144 registry keys.
