My computer want let me change my firewall settings. What do I do?

Every time I try to open it, a message pops up ans says something about calling the administrator. I need help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I guess the first obvious question is are you the administrator on the machine?

Do you log on as "administrator" or do you log on as some other "<username>" ?
If some other username... then you may need to go into the User Accounts section of the control panel and ensure you really do have administrative rights.

Another thought... if you are on a machine that has been given to you by your company or school then you may be restricted by some Group Policy in effect.. in which case you would need to contact your administrator there.

It's always possible you are infected with some malware so that's always something I advise people to rule out in remote tech support situations.

Thats one of those "who dunn it's" .. probably never find a fix for that . I would cut to the chase and restore the PC completely . Where is the Firewall ? Is it built in with a suite ? Is it a Personal firewall ? Completely remove the Firewall software and re-install . Run a full systen scan . If you have a Personal Firewall , disable the Windows Firewall . This Firewall is for your Software protection .
