Is this a fake ebay site?

i was looking around items on ebay and all of a sudden it says "could not verify certificate". i took a screen shot:

That link is in Ebay domain. Remember, domain name is besides the extension .COM or .ORG and etc..

Example,

ebay.com.com --> this is not Ebay site. The word ebay is within the domain of com.com.

com.saly.ebay.com --> The directory com.saly is under the ebay.com domain.

yes that is ebay

it doesnt look fake, it shows al lthe signs of a legit site it even has authentication.
