Can Anyone help me plz remove a worm called runouce?

its doing my head in. I need a free software that can remove it. Ive tried loads of softwares but it keeps on coming back.

As far as I know, runounce, should be something that belongs to Microsoft.

I've had some file called it too, and I had virus protection aswell, but it didn't alert me.
