Firefox Randomly Opens?

Ever since i played around with ip/proxy changing software, every now and then a Firefox page/tab opens to one of the following sites:

http://smart4.my10gb.com/
http://smart-antivirus.blogspot.com/

I've run AVG and Ad Aware but they didn't pick anything up

your computer is crap

The proxy changing software is probably calling up firefox, you may need to configure or uninstall those programs.

those sites probably contain spyware or other bad things...

Your computer might be infected and when infection calls to open default browser your firefox opens as instructed.
