What is system32\blank.htm?

I recently got this from the Spybot Tea timer:
Category : Browser Page
Change: Value deleted
C:\WINDOWS\system32\blank.htm
I dont know to either Allow change or Deny it
Im using firefox so im not sure if it has todo whit changing the browser for explorer.

Deny it.
After doing some research, It has proven to be (in many cases) a keylogger. (Though I doubt, since it's an htm file).

A keylogger is a program that record your keystrokes. Everything that you type on your keyboard is recorded and sent to a person that programmed it. Scary, but plaussible.

So, deny, deny, deny.

You should only allow if and only if you're installing software.

tea timer messed up my PC so bad i had to format the whole thing. uninstall it NOW
