It first depends on which version of that malware you are infected with.

I would recommend you invest in a proper security suite from a reliable vendor like Norton 360 or McAfee Total Protection and ensure it is properly configured and completely up to date.

Once you know exactly which variant of that you are infected with you can go to Symantec.com and get the additional manual removal steps necessary to remove the one you're infected with.
