Are there antivirus, spyware, malware programs that clean "malicious resources that have penetrated deeper?

I think I've got a "malicious resource" buried deep in my computer, and I can't get at it. I've turned off systems restore, and ran AVG, Spybot S&D 152, SuperAntiSpyware, and Adware. But I still get the message SpybotS&D Bad URL Blocker that pops up every tim I click on a program, website etc.
How do I get rid of it and get my computer running right again?

The antivirus/antispyware program that is light years ahead in technology, with ability to detect viruses/spyware missed by all other, or unable to delete is superantispyware. A program that I will always use as one of my five antispyware that I run. Always catches what all the others miss.

I am a registered beta tester in my spare time for just about all antivirus/antispyware program, plus a large majority of new software that is in beta testing.

I would recommend that you remove Spybot Search & Destroy, because the program gives to many false/positive and has an immunization system, that conflicts with all of the other antispyware/antivirus program you have installed.

My own professional opinion, I stay away from any antispyware program that has immunization installed. Found this application in the software causes serious conflict with all your other antispyware/antivirus. (Plus immunization in my opinon serves no real purpose, being you will still get hit with the very malware the programs claim to "immunize".

Please excuse my English, not my primary language.

Uninstall and reinstall the latest version of Spybot SD.

Hi. You may have the 'Mocmex' Trojan. This is a nasty one and required a complete format to get rid of it on my niece's laptop. Try a registry cleaner first. There are many but I like WindowsCare. http://www.iobit.com/advancedwindowscare...
