How do I get rid of "andt.sys"?

Well, I've been getting this error on my Windows Vista Home Premium laptop saying "andt.sys has stopped working". So, I went on and googled "andt.sys". I figured out that it is a trojan, but AVG hasn't picked it up. Neither did Windows Defender. So, I go into the System32 folder and deleted it from there manually. Then, I restarted my computer and the error was back and andt.sys was restored. I have tried deleting it again but it has the same outcome. Can someone help me get rid of this file? I don't want to be installing fifty(exaggeration) anti-virus programs.

Avg is an antivirus program with a poor detection rate - just 82%, windows defender is a poor antispyware program; both of which i would not use.

What you have is Trojan.AdClicker

First turn off system restore (thats where the trojan hiding)
re boot in safe mode & do a full scan, re boot; scan again if its gone turn on system restore.

If you wish to have better Security for free e mail me.

If your scans do not remove it download:

http://www.superantispyware.com/

& do a full scan in safe mode with system restore turned off.
