Paypal has some rather Draconian policies, and is hacked on a rather frequent basis.

If she's offering to do that, have her use her CC instead. That way, if someone hacks the account, any charges on the CC can be challenged and the money returned without much hassle.

Additionally, do NOT keep money in the account beyond what is necessary to keep the account active. If there is ever a dispute between yourself and someone else, Paypal will close the account and sieze the money, and you will have no recourse if you can not prove your case, and how do you prove you didn't receive something in the mail or on-line?.
