anything requiring java is not working...a friend did something w the parental controls yesterday and now i cant play any of my yahoo games....he said it wasnt anything he did it was yahoo or java.....i uninstalled java...reinstalled it, about 4 or 5 times...when i go to the game it says windows internet explorer is not responding...microsoft will let u know when a solution is available...IF U KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THIS PROBLEM i would appreciate it..... If you cannot undo those setting done to java and Internet explorer, Install another internet browser like Mozilla firefox and java and see if you can play games on it ... check your windows firewall settings to make sure that it hasn't suddenly started blocking java. This helped me. Along with the other post about your firewall, you can check your settings through your web browser. If you're using internet explorer open that and click tools at the top of your browser, then click internet options, then click the advanced tab (top right). Scroll down till you see java and be sure it is checked. If you're running firefox open it, click tools, options, and content. Be sure enable javascript is checked. uninstall java |
