Report It You can try to get virus def updates from your AV provider. However, when all else fails, DOD wipe the HD and re-image!!! so restore your system Try this one it should takecare of your problem.SCroll all the way to the bottom of this page for your free download follow this, is a combination of 3 softwares that gurantees removal once and for all I recently was under attack from the MonaRonaDona Virus i myslef was relying on Mcafee with the latest updates to no avail. I tried Unigray AV with immediate success. I also have running spybot and Adware which wasn't much help. ========================================... Hey, I tried a bunch of stuff to get rid of this virus... and when i tried to delete it from the startup folder.. it said access denied.. which probably happens to a lot of people i think... so what worked was.. restarted my computer and pressed F8 until the screen came up with like safe made options and stuff... and you need to press down on the arrow key to get to safe mode.. and then click enter.. and it'll loading safe mode.. and then when everything boots up and is ready.. go to start.. and in the search bar type ... "srvspool" and delete it.. and it should let you delete it without saying access denied.. then go to the recycle bin and delete it.. and then restart your computer normally.. and it should be gone.. worked for me.. HOPE IT WORKS FOR EVERYONE ELSE! Ok, click start. Go to search or find and click it. When that comes up, type in SVRSPOOL for the file you want to find. When it finds the files, there will be one or two, delete the one with .EXE behind it. The other file right click on and move to desktop. After you move it to desktop, drop it in the recycle bin. Then re-start your computer. MonaRonaDona will be history! I tried to delete it from the start up but since it was being used, yeah on my screen, lol, it said I could not delete it. So, I went around it and moved it out of start up. That fixed it and I dropped it in the recycle bin. Don't forget to empty the recycle bin. Follow the way that user J.Hilton says. It worked instantly. Then install avast on your system. It,s very powerful. It found and cleaned stuff that neither Mcaffee nor Windows Defender detected |
